Gas expansion cracking equipment (carbon dioxide cracking equipment) is the rapid conversion of liquid carbon dioxide (CO2) into gas after instantaneous being heated. The volume of carbon dioxide gas after being heated can increase dramatically by 600 times. The geometric equivalent impact breaks forward rapidly. It only takes 0.4 seconds from the initiation to the whole process. It runs at low temperature and does not blend with the surrounding liquids and gases.
Gas expansion cracking equipment is usually used to split rocks or concrete blocks for mining or demolition rescue, so it is also called carbon dioxide cracking equipment or carbon dioxide cracking device. It’s the process of gas volume expansion, no shock wave, no vibration wave, no detonation wave. It has the cracking function of explosives, but there is no potential safety hazard.
